Shipping Policy

We know you cant wait to indulge; so we make sure your Lusté Official order arrives quickly, safely and discreetly. 

All orders are packed and processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with your tracking number as soon as  your order has been disbatched, so you can follow its journey every step of the way. 

Your order will be packed in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $15 flat rate shipping Australia wide

Please note we currently only ship within Australia, but were working on expanding internationally soon.

Order Process

01.

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at info@luste.com.au We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

04.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & FAULTY PRIDUCTS

Change of Mind?

We can only accept returns that are unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. 

Return shipping costs are the responibility of the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect Item?

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll organise a replacement or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Non-returnable Items:

Used items, opened items, sale items, or items damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.

Processing of Refunds:

Store credit is processed once returned items have been recieved and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not limited to this policy.
